Kalvin Phillips of Manchester City and Marc Cucurella of Chelsea are amongst the top Premier League flops from the summer transfer window.

Chelsea acquired the services of Marc Cucurella from Brighton and Hove Albion after winning the tussle against Manchester City for the Spaniard in a deal worth £56 million with a possible £7 million in add-ons.

However, Cucurella has failed to deliver scintillating performances that would be helpful in taking Chelsea towards positivity and not doom.

Manchester United fought painstakingly to land the winger which also included spending massive bucks to get his service from Ajax Amsterdam in the Eradivisie

The defender of the Hammers, West Ham United Thilo Kehrer has also been disappointing as he has failed to impress in East London.
