Earlier this week, precisely on the 9 of March, Cristiano Ronaldo traveled down to Madeira in Portugal to visit his ailing mother who has been hospitalized for a while due to stroke. This was a day after Juventus defeated Inter Milan in a match played behind closed doors, though Daniele Rugani who has been tested positive for the coronavirus did not play in that match, however, he was on the bench and he equally celebrated the victory with the rest of the team members.
It wasn’t long after Ronaldo landed in Portugal that one his teammates in Juventus, Daniele Rugani was tested positive for the deadly coronavirus.
