Olympique Marseille have signed Mason Greenwood from Manchester United for a fee of €30 million, according to reports.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, an agreement has been reached between all parties involved in the deal.

Olympique Marseille have booked a private flight for Greenwood to arrive in Marseille, with the usual medicals expected to be done subsequently.
Mason Greenwood will pen a five-year deal with Marseille, which runs until the summer of 2029.
It is understood that Manchester United have included a 50% sell-on clause in Greenwood’s move to the French club.

Mason Greenwood had an impressive loan spell with Getafe in the 2023/24 season, making 36 appearances, scoring 10 goals and providing 6 assists in all competitions.
The Englishman’s performance last season resulted in him being named by Getafe as their Player of the Season.
Unfortunately, they didn’t have the finances to keep hold of Greenwood and as such, his next destination is Marseille.
The 22-year-old is a fine footballer, who has been touted to do exploits in his career since he broke through as a youngester at Manchester United.
Despite the allegations of sexual assault which he had to deal with between 2022 and 2023, Mason Greenwood looks to still be on course for a brilliant career.
The Red Devils couldn’t keep him at the club apparently due to the environment not being conducive for the 22-year-old and his family, with the club revealing in the summer of 2023 that he will further his football career away from Old Trafford.

Aubameyang will play alongside Nacho Fernandez, who officially exited Real Madrid at the end of June 2024.
Given the exit of Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, it is expected that the goalscoring responsibility at Olympique Marseille will be heaped on Mason Greenwood.
