The North London club finished their pre-season tour in the United States of America with a comfortable win over their arch rivals Chelsea. The Gunners crushed Chelsea after Gabriel Jesus, Martin Odegaard, Bukayo Saka and Albert Sambi Lokonga all found the back of the net.

The win means that Mikel Arteta and his boys are still unbeaten in the current pre-season tour across Europe and have conceded just one goal.

Their recent performance has placed them as one of the favorites to win the English Premier League next season. However, the new player from Manchester City, Oleksandr Zinchenko has told his colleagues to remain humble and continue improving.

Zinchenko warned his teammates by saying: “It’s a massive pleasure to be here and I’m so happy with the result, in terms of the game, of course, we did well, but there is still a couple of things we can improve. 4-0 is a great result, but this is friendly and in the Premier League it will be different. I hope the result will be the same, but we need to work hard.”

The Ukraine international was a serial winner during his time with Man City and won four English Premier League titles and other domestic trophies. The experienced left-back is already used to winning comfortably against big teams, hence, he is in the right position to advise his Arsenal teammate.

Oleksandr Zinchenko moved from Man City to Arsenal last week in a deal worth around £32m and has already impressed the fans in his first unofficial debut for the Gunners.

The Ukrainian has revealed that he’s already adapting to the new life in London and has thanked the Arsenal family for the warm welcome.

According to him, the quality of the team is unbelievable and they’re a lot of good players in the squad. Zinchenko also disclosed that Mikel Arteta was one of the main reasons he decided to join Arsenal because he had a good relationship with him when he was an assistant at Manchester City. He claimed that Arsenal have always been his boyhood club and the move is a dream come true.

It is also believed that Oleksandr Zinchenko came to Arsenal to get more playing time since he couldn’t get that during his time with Man City.

Note that the Gunners will finish their pre-season tour with a game against Spanish club Sevilla before they face Crystal Palace in the first game of the new English Premier League season.
