A dramatic and spirited clash at Parc des Princes saw PSG score two late goals to overturn the game from 2-3 to 4-3 before the final whistle.
The Ligue 1 serial winners had went up 2-0 in the game. Mbappe opened the scoring early in the first half before Neymar doubled the lead.
Lille then pulled an astonishng comeback to turned the game on its head with three goals that put the visitors in the lead.
Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi had to score two late goals that prevented the defending champions from suffering four consecutive defeats this season.
However, the storied win at Parc des Princes came at a very big cost – Neymar was injured. The Brazil international crashed into Lille player Benjamin Andre and fractured his ankle while trying to win the ball.
He then had to be stretched off the pitch in tears and is a doubt for the team’s crunch Champions League tie against Bayern Munich in March.
Neymar has17 goals and 16 assists in 28 appearances across all competitions for PSG this season.
