Napoli have submitted a £30 million bid for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku as the West London team plans to reduce the number of unwanted players at the club.
According to SkySports, it was revealed that the offer was a loan deal with an obligation to buy for £30 million.
Lukaku is Antonio Conte’s target man as the striker for Napoli, with Victor Osimhen finding every possible means of leaving the club before the end of the transfer window.
The Belgium all-time highest goal scorer has been frozen from the Chelsea squad. He has been forced to train with the club Under-21.
