Reports claimed that Liverpool striker, Mohamed Salah’s commercial company has repeatedly made a massive profit.

The Egyptian International has become one of the English Premier League’s biggest players since he joined Liverpool from AS Roma in the summer of 2017.

The former Chelsea forward also became Liverpool’s highest-ever earner in 2022 after he was given a deal that currently sees him earn about 400,000 pounds per week.

However, according to the player’s latest financial document, Mo Salah UK Commercial Company banked a profit of over 5.4 million pounds after tax.

Salah’s latest gains come after he earned a £27 million nest egg from commercial deals in only three years.

The 31-year-old earned £11 million in personal endorsements last season. Some of his sponsorships are with Adidas, Uber, Vodafone, and Pepsi, as revealed by Mail Sport on September 2023.

While the endorsements seem lucrative to most people, the profits are small compared to the reported £175 million a year he was offered in Saudi Arabia last summer.

The former AS Roma forward was heavily linked with a move to the Middle East following interest from Al Ittihad last season, with the club reportedly making an offer worth more than 200 million pounds.

Liverpool rejected the offer but interest from the Middle East continues as they seek to proceed with the expansion of the Saudi Pro League.

Salah has just a year remaining on his current contract with the Reds and the 2020 Premier League winners are reportedly planning for life without him.

His departure would come as a heavy setback due to the incredible impact he has made since his move to Merseyside in 2017.

Mohamed Salah has scored 207 goals in 337 appearances when donning the famous Red shirt. During that time, he has won the English Premier League, the Champions League, the FA Cup, and two League Cup titles.

What’s next for Mohamed Salah?

Salah will be determined to add further silverware this season, with Liverpool still in pursuit of glory in the Premier League, the FA Cup, and the Europa League.

In addition, the 31-year-old forward will be seen next in action when the Reds lock horns with Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday, March 31 at 4:00 WAT.
