These are the latest updates on MLS transfer news: Real Salt Lake have completed the signing of Polish winger Dominik Marczuk on a permanent basis.

Charlotte FC’s attempt to sign Newcastle Winger Miguel Almiron collapsed because of a non-agreement on the transfer fee.

In addition, Charlotte FC close to signing Olympiacos attacking midfielder Pep Biel. 

Also, Orlando City signed Heine Gikling Bruseth from Kristiansund BK for a transfer fee worth $1 million, while Dynamo Houston have completed the signing of Andy Batioja from Atletico Nacional.

Real Salt Lake have completed the signing of Dominik Marczuk

The American team Real Salt Lake have completed the signing of Polish winger Dominik Marczuk from Jagiellonia Białystok. The 20-year-old Polish international signed a four-year contract with the club.

Upon the completion of the signing of the excellent winger, the chief soccer officer, Kurt Schmid, released a statement praising Marczuk and how he can help them compete at the highest level.

He said, “We’re excited to add another technical, aggressive, and versatile attacker to our setup, as Dominik will no doubt deepen our attacking options and provide upside for the future.” 

“Dominik is a young, up-and-coming player who embraces the challenge of moving outside his home country. We believe he can help us this year and be part of our core group moving forward. We expect him to expand and impact our attack this year, and we are excited to see the group mesh during the final stretch.”

His contract is expected to expire on June 30, 2028. The Polish winger has been seen as a better replacement for Colombian winger Andres Gomez, who has moved to Rennes.

Dominik is the fourth attacker to have joined the Real Salt Lake team. They have completed the signing of Diogo Goncalves and two attackers, Benji Michel and Lachlan Brook.

Charlotte FC are no longer interested in signing Newcastle winger Miguel Almirón

MLS team Charlotte FC won’t press forward to sign Newcastle winger Miguel Almiron after both clubs clashed over the transfer fee for the Paraguayan. 

Charlotte FC sent an opening bid of $10 million, but it was rejected by Newcastle. The Magpies demanded a $20 million fee for the winger.

Also, Charlotte FC failed to complete the signing of Feyenoord winger Calvin Stengs. This totally means the MLS club failed to sign their two primary targets in this transfer window.

However, they have completed the signing of United States International Dean Smith. The 36-year-old experienced defender will boost the defense of the Charlotte team.

Orlando City Sign Heine Gikling Bruseth From Kristiansund BK

MLS Team Orlando City have completed the signing of 20-year-old central midfielder Heine Gikling Bruseth for a transfer fee of $1 million.

The Norwegian central midfielder is a good addition to the squad because of his ability to dictate the game, coupled with the fact that he distributes excellent passes and makes attempt on goal every time.

Bruseth’s signing is expected to make Orlando City a better team in the Eastern Conference of Major League Soccer. 

The Orlando team are currently in 7th place on the Eastern Conference table, and they are looking forward to winning silverware before the end of the season.

Charlotte FC Are Close to Signing Olympiacos Attacking Midfielder Pep Biel

In an attempt to bring in more attacking players, Charlotte FC are already in the final stage of negotiations with Greek club Olympiacos for attacking midfielder Pep Biel. 

The Major League Soccer team Charlotte FC are looking forward to signing the player on a loan deal with an option to sign him on a permanent basis if he performs beyond expectations. 

The Spanish attacking midfielder has made 59 appearances for the Olympiacos side, scoring 12 goals and creating eight assists in all club competitions.

Pep Biel was on loan last season at Augsburg, where he made 11 appearances without scoring a single goal in all competitions. 

A move to Charlotte FC may ignite his failing career. He is expected to be a huge addition to the Charlotte FC team. The player’s major strength is delivering long balls to the attack. He doesn’t have any more weaknesses.

Dynamo Houston FC Sign Colombian Youth International Andy Batioja from Atlético Nacional 

MLS Football Club Dynamo Houston have completed the signing of Andy Batioja on loan from Atletico Nacional until the end of the season, with an option to sign the player permanently. 

The youngster will play for Dynamo Houston’s second team. Also, the Houston team has exercised their purchase option for Exon Arzu, who was signed on loan from Real Espana.

The intelligent striker scored three goals in nine appearances for the club.
