It’s no doubt that Kylian Mbappe is simply one of the best footballers of our time. The youngster is an unstoppable force thats on his way to becoming one of the greats of all time. The 21 year old striker, tops the list of transfer values with an estimate at €265m. It’s no doubt the Frenchman is arguably currently the best footballer under the age of 25 in the world, and looks destined to win a few Ballon d’Ors in his career.
Kylian Mbappe has fuelled the sensational mbappe2020 transfer rumours by describing the Reds as ‘a machine’ as they aim to win their first Premier League title since 1990.
“What Liverpool do in this moment is amazing,” Mbappe told media outlets.
“They’re like a machine, they’ve found a rhythm and are like ‘we play again, we play again’. They’ve lost zero games. The guys are focused, they play games every three days and they win, they win, they win. Now the problem is that everybody watches Liverpool, and everybody watches what we can do against them, so now they have to show they are strong again but it’s a very good team with a very good manager.”
Jurgen Klopp says the French superstar is out of the club’s price range, but that has not stopped fans hoping a deal could be done especially after they signed a new kit deal with the 21 year old’s sponsors, Nike. And while the World Cup winner has said he is 100 per cent committed to PSG for the time being, he admitted he “will see” about his future at the end of the season.
“We are in January, it’s the money time of the season. Imagine I answer your question and say something,” added the star.
“Now I’m with PSG and I’m 100% with the club. I want to help the club grow this season, to win a lot of titles, so for me it’s not good to talk about [my future]. I have to stay calm and stay focused on PSG. After that, at the end of the season, we will see. But now I’m focused on my game.”
Mbappe who has often been linked to a Real Madrid transfer, as its no secret that fellow Frenchman Zinedine Zidane has a great deal of admiration for the striker. Mbappe has also been linked severally, to the La Liga giants Real Madrid.
Zidane has said, “it is Mbappe’s dream to play for Real Madrid” but could this also be a two way dream? Mbappe played a prominent role in the France squad that won the 2018 FIFA World Cup, a success that may have intensified any desire 1998 world champion Zidane has to sign the player.
PSG sporting director Leonardo has previously revealed talks over a new contract are progressing, with Mbappe’s current deal running through to the end of the 2021-22 season. When Asked about his future following PSG’s 6-1 Coupe de la Ligue quarter-final rout of Saint-Etienne on Wednesday, Mbappe told reporters: “I am ready to play football first. Because we are in January.”
