Maximilian Ibrahimovic, the son of Swedish legendary footballer and former Man United forward, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, has taken after the footsteps of his Dad.
At 17 years of age, the 2006-born young talent has just inked his first professional contract at AC Milan, after his father announced his retirement only months beforehand.
The 17-year-old forward will spend the coming season in Serie C, lining up for the ‘Milan Futuro’ reserve team in the Italy third division.
Maximilian wore the jersey of Milan’s under-18 team last season. The young forward arrived at the beginning of January and is set to take after his Dad, Ibrahimovic, who had spells with some of the biggest clubs in Europe during his career.
