Lionel Messi’s son, Mateo Messi, copied his father’s famous ‘Blow Kiss’ celebration, after scoring five goals for Inter Miami Academy.
Mateo Messi showed he is not on the same level as his teammates and opponents, as he scored a handful of solo goals, which Lionel Messi will be proud of.
Mateo scored his first goal in the match through a free kick with his preferred right foot and proceeded to celebrate by blowing a kiss to copy his father.
This celebration was famously done by his father, Lionel. The second goal came as a result of Mateo’s individual effort. The Argentine picked up the ball from the midfield and ran through two opposite players before firing into the top corner.
In the second half of the game, Mateo showed a shade of Lionel Messi himself as he picked up the ball with his back and went past a defender. He created a chance for himself to score the third goal of the game.
Mateo’s fourth goal was extremely impressive; he went past the defender and hit the ball like a professional.
His fifth and last goal showed how he brilliantly picked the ball and implanted some incredible control before putting the ball into the bottom corner.
That was one of the most impressive performances by a young lad. In the match, he was totally unstoppable and had shown he has the ability to follow in his father’s footsteps when he retired.
