    The Red Devils were dealt a grave injury blow when Alejandro Garnacho picked up an excrutiating ankle injury in Southampton Vs Manchester United Premier League clash before the international break.

    Garnacho just managed few minutes in the game after coming on in the 73rd minute only to be forced out in the 82nd minute after a strong but fair challenge by Kyle Walker-Peters.

    He was forced off the pitch due to the injury and was spotted in crutches trying to exit Old Trafford after the game.

    After breaking into Erik Ten Hag’s first team, Alejandro Garnacho has been prolific for the Red Devils and was tipped to make Argentina’s 2022 World Cup squad.

    The 18-year-old ended up spending the international break on the sidelines, missing a chance to make his debut for Albiceleste.

    Garnacho missed Premier League and Europa League action for Manchester United after the international break.

    Now, he is closing in on his Manchester United return since March.

    The promising winger took to his social media handle to share a footage of himself wearing football boots and doing away with crutches.

    Before the injury blow in March, Alejandro Garnacho made 28 appearances for Manchester United, scoring 3 goals with 2 assists.

    His imminent return will be a big boost to Manchester United amidst the fresh injury blow that has rocked the team with three new players joining the list.

    The Red Devils suffered a double injury blow in the Europa League quarterfinal first leg clash against Sevilla at Old Trafford.

    Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane were forced out of the game with Lisandro Martinez ruled out for the rest of the season.
