Manchester United won the FA Cup defeating Manchester City on Saturday, May 25, Could history repeat itself for Real Madrid in the upcoming Champions League final?

In the 2015-2016 football season, both Manchester United and Real Madrid experienced great success in their respective competitions.

Manchester United clinched the FA Cup, their first major trophy since Sir Alex Ferguson’s retirement in 2013, by defeating Crystal Palace in the final at Wembley Stadium.

Meanwhile, in another seven days to the Champions League final, the Red Devils lifted the FA Cup beating City 2-1 at Wembley.

It remains to be seen whether history will repeat itself as Real Madrid have the chance to clinch the Champions League trophy at Wembley Stadium this Saturday, June 1.

Real Madrid, led by Carlo Ancelotti, have already secured the La Liga title this season and are now eyeing Europe’s top prize.

Real Madrid are undoubtedly a formidable team with key players such as Rodrygo, Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Junior, Valverde, and Rudiger who can turn any match in their favor.

Meanwhile, their opponents, Borussia Dortmund, have defied the odds by reaching the final, dashing PSG’s hope of hoisting the Champions League trophy after finishing fifth in the Bundesliga.
