Uruguayan football legend Luis Suárez has brought another angle to things footballers can do while observing the coronavirus lockdown. Recall that since early March, football leagues across the world have been halted indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The only option football fans now have to keep in touch with their football idols is through social media especially via Instagram.

Luis Suárez, one of the best strikers in the world and a top man at FC Barcelona, has keyed into the channel the social media have provided to keep his fans entertained while they stay at home.

He shared a video recently showing when he and his daughter Delfina were playing a beautiful dance game at the balcony of his mansion. The dance game looks like when a player his jogging an imaginary ball.

He captioned the video in Spanish with “Un bailecito con mi enana!!” which is translated as “A little dance with my dwarf!!”

Delfina born in 2010 can be said to be Luis Suárez’s favourite person in the world. He has the name of the girl tattooed on his wrist and he usually kisses it when he scores most of his goals.

The little girl is the first child of Suárez‘s union with Sofía Balbi. He started dating Sofía when he was 15 years old. They waited until 2009 before they got married.

Besides Delfina, they also have two sons named Benjamin born in 2013 and Lautaro born in 2018.

Suárez had to leave Premier League side Liverpool football club to reunite with the family members of Sofia who are based in Spain. Hence, he joined FC Barcelona in July 2014.

The Uruguayan football legend has won 18 trophies in his career, which include six league titles, a UEFA Champions League title at club level, and a Copa América with Uruguay.

He has won two European Golden Shoes, an Eredivisie Golden Boot, a Premier League Golden Boot, also ending the six-year dominance of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo by winning La Liga’s Pichichi Trophy in 2016. He has scored 475 senior career goals for club and country.
