This was revealed by BT Sports on its Twitter handle ahead of the Champions final against Bayern Munich.
“Great team, great player, great manager. It’s a final. When you play a final, you play against the best team. If you want to be the best, you have to be the best. We are ready to fight and ready to win this Champions League,” Mbappe responded to the question from the interviewer who described Bayern as the best team in the world in an impeccable manner.

I am sure you must have watched this and the next sound that would come out of your mouth would be “wow!”. Yes you just said the exact word after hearing that from 21-year-old confident Mbappe.
Kylian Mbappe already a successful player at 21
At his age, Mbappe may have added yet another trophy to his remarkable collection with that impeccable accent. Usually, when Frenchmen speak English, you can easily detect their origin without asking but this was quite different. The young lad was speaking like a British.
At just 21, Mbappe boasts of more winners’ medals than most footballers have secured over the course of their entire careers.
The titles in his cabinet include four Ligue 1 titles (three with Paris Saint-Germain and one with AS Monaco), two Coupe de France winners’ medals, two Coupe de la Ligue titles, and the FIFA World Cup with France.
The individual awards include the Ligue 1 Player of the Year for 2018-19, the 2017 Golden Boy award, and the 2018 World Cup’s Best Young Player award.
Transfermarkt.com stated that Mbappe is currently the most valuable player in world football. The young talent, who has been tipped to fill in the boots of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi is worth a staggering £162 million.
It could be noted that his value shows a whopping £47 million more than that of his teammate Neymar and Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling.
The question now is could this reignite Liverpool to come back for him, knowing fully well that Language won’t be a barrier?
Moreover, Liverpool might not be interested in making a move for him after all, knowing fully well that PSG has no desire to part company with the world-class forward, regardless of the size of the offer on the table.
Although every club would obviously love to have the youngster in their ranks, but he looks settled with the club.
Real Madrid, which has been his dream club will be waiting in the wings but he is aiming to win the Champions League with the Paris club having won all the domestic trophies in France. So, he might likely try again next year before deciding on the next point of his career.
With such smartness in response and his skills on the field of play, Mbappe showed that he possesses a smart head on his young shoulders.
So, if he decides to join an English club one day, there won’t be a problem conducting interviews on British TV because he speaks better English than some English footballers!
