Andres Iniesta congratulated Busquets for a great career with the club by saying;

“Congratulations brother for career trajectory at Barca. Beyond all the title s, appearances, and records, congratulations for everything you are leaving behind, the records you are leaving behind, your legacy, professionalism, and the examples you set.”

Pep Guardiola also congratulated Busquets recalling his five years with him at Barcelona and the great career he has made out of the club.

“It was a pleasure to share five years. Congratulations for your fantastic career. You are admired by all of us and you deserve everything that will come to you in life.”
