PSG star, Neymar has said the thought of leaving the club has not crossed his mind and it appears he ios settled in the club alongside Kylian Mbappe.
The Brazilian, who scored a hattrick during PSG-Basaksehir clash on Wednesday evening, a match that ended 5-1 spoke with the press afterwards, adding that he is happy at the Paris club.

“I am very happy here in Paris. I am very happy at the club, with my teammates. The idea of leaving does not cross my mind. We need to talk. We have a very good relationship, I am very happy. To see what will happen in the future.”
Since there is a good relationship between the Brazilian star, it is believed that he will soon put pen to paper to sign an extension.
The Parisien will also be hoping that Kylian Mbappe follows suit so as to secure the future of the club. The 20-year-old Frenchman has never hidden his dream to play for Real Madrid sometime in the future.
Mbappe still has years on his head and would want to be part of the first set of players to win the UEFA Champions League for the French side.
PSG plans to extend the contracts of Neymar and Mbappe
In a related development, PSG President Nasser al-Khelaïfi is optimistic that Neymar and Mbappe will sign a contract extension.
Signing new deals will end speculations about the future of the duo. Neymar had last two seasons wanted to leave the Ligue 1 giant and rejoined Lionel Messi at Barcelona, but the deal fell through.
It appears the deal of the duo will expire in 2022. All they wanted is an assurance that the club will compete at the top by aiming to win the Champions League again after losing 1-0 in last year’s final against Bayern Munich.
It was gathered that two meetings have already been held in the last few days with Mbappe’s representatives.
“We are talking, we want to continue talking and I think Mbappe also wants to. Now is the time to have a clearer idea about his future and we have taken steps forward compared to 10 days ago,” PSG sporting director Leonardo stressed a few days ago
Speaking with RMC after their 5-1 win over the Turkish champions, the PSG boss is optimistic that the duo will extend their stay.
“We started talking with Neymar and Kylian, the discussions will remain confidential but I am very confident. Both want to stay with us, ” assured the president of the capital club. Optimism is essential.
Neymar had said he wants to play alongside Messi, it is expected that the Paris club will make a move for the Argentine in case he fails to extend his stay in Camp Nou January. With respect to Barcelona, Al-Khelaifi, didn’t want to have such a conversation now.
“We respect every other club.As we expect to be respected by others. For me, Messi is a Barcelona player. We respect Barca. We cannot talk about that.”
