Kylian Mbappe has signed the needed documents to become the majority owner of French football club SM Caen.
Reports indicate that everything required to ensure the acquisition has been done, with Mbappe buying 80% of the Ligue 2 club’s shares.

According to Le Parisien, Kylian Mbappe will part with just under €20 million to purchase most of the shares in Caen, a club that has previously courted him during his youth football days.
49-year-old film producer Pierre-Antin Capton will hold the remaining €20% of the shares at the club worth €5 million.
Moreover, Mbappe becomes the latest high-profile active footballer to acquire a football club.
