American musician Kanye West was a surprise guest in the Serie A match between Genoa and AC Milan on October 8, 2023.
The controversial rapper was available to watch the intensity and chaos of the encounter between the two teams.
As a guest of the Serie A match between Genoa and AC Milan, he was given a customized shirt before the game started.
The Grammy Award winner watched as AC Milan claimed the victory with a 1-0 win against Genoa in what is said to be one of the craziest matches of the season.
In the match, AC Milan striker Olivier Giroud featured as a makeshift goalkeeper after Mike Maignan was sent off before the end of the match.
The French goalkeeper was sent off after a clash with Genoa’s Caleb Ekuban in stoppage-time.
Giroud starred on his makeshift role making an excellent save to give AC Milan all three points in the match.
The former Chelsea and Arsenal striker denied Genoa’s George Puscas just before the final whistle, as Christian Pulisic scored the only goal of the match in the 87th minute.
After the game, Kanye West posed for a picture with AC Milan winger Rafael Leao. The Portuguese shared the picture online with the caption “Legend.”
Kanye West is currently married to Bianca Censori after breaking up with TV show star Kim Kardashain after years of a long relationship.
West had been in Italy with his wife, Bianca Censori, for a month. The couple were seen flashing their gold wedding band in Milan.
