Former Brazilian International Ricardo Kaka poured encomiums on his dear wife as he saluted her on International Women’s Day which was marked on Wednesday.
Kaka had a glittering career in football spanning across several years producing and delivering world class performances at the biggest stage.
The Brazilian legend posted a picture that included him and his wife. In the caption of the throwback picture, he wrote about how resilient and strong his wife is amongst other things. The picture was taken when his wife was pregnant.
His caption reads: “How I love looking back at this moment!

Kaka married Carolina Dias in 2021, years after divorcing his former wife, Caroline Celico. He was engaged to Carolina Dias for 3 years before he walked down the aisle with her in 2021.
The dazzling midfielder in his playing days married Caroline Celico for 10 years, from 2005 to 2015 and they have two children together, Luca and Isabella.
Kaka is a devoted catholic and previously made known his virginity status before he married his former partner in 2005.
Caroline Dias birthed the third child of the Ballon D’or winner and they gave their daughter the name, Esther.
Ricardo Kaka played for several clubs in his career namely; São Paulo, AC Milan, Real Madrid, Orlando City and Sao Paulo once again before he hung up his boots.

He scored 149 goals in 461 appearances across all the clubs he played for. For the Seleção Canarinha of Brazil, he scored 29 goals in 92 games.
