Kai Havertz has accepted the terms put forward by Arsenal and it’s now left for the Gunners to agree on a transfer fee with Chelsea.
Havertz has already given the go-ahead to Arsenal and has finalized personal agreements with the North London side even though Bayern Munich were said to be very interested in the deal.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has claimed that the Gunners have contacted Chelsea over the transfer fee and the Blues could be willing to lower their requested price of £75 million.

He also revealed that Bayern Munich are abreast of the ongoings but they have kept mute.
Real Madrid who were shockingly reported to be eyeing the German International are no longer interested in the attacker.
Kai Havartz has been inconsistent at Chelsea since he penned a £72 million deal to join Chelsea from Bayern Leverkusen in 2020.
However, he has netted in important games for the West London side including their UEFA Champions League final triumph in 2021. But he hasn’t been able to deliver on a consistent basis.
Havertz scored nine goals and made one assist in 47 appearances for Chelsea across all competitions last season.
Reports earlier emanated that Arsenal are ready to pay £60 million to secure the services of Kai Havertz and they would also offer him a weekly salary of more than £200,000.
Only Arteta can tell how he would utilize Havertz if he signs the German International from London rivals Chelsea.
The former Bayern Leverkusen man is a dynamic player who is mostly utilized as a false 9 at Chelsea.
He is best suited as a number ten but the Gunners already have Martin Odegaard who functions primarily in that position.
In terms of false 9 which he plays at Chelsea, the North London side have Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah as their options in that position.
United States International Folarin Balogun would also return at the end of the month, when his excellent loan spell at Reims comes to an end.
Anyway, Havertz would offer depth to the Arsenal squad due to his versatility, which allows him to function in several positions.

Chelsea are willing to let go of Kai Havertz in order to make more signings of their own this summer.
The Blues would need to sell before they can make costly acquisitions in the transfer market and that’s why they are making frantic efforts at selling many of their players.
Former Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has reportedly been discussing with Kai Havertz, trying to convince him to agree a deal with Arsenal.
It appears that it has yielded the right dividend as the German has agreed personal terms with the Gunners.
The attacker has scored 32 goals and provided 15 assists in 139 appearances for Chelsea.
Additionally, Mikel Arteta’s side are putting every effort needed to get notable signings especially in midfield, with Declan Rice and Moises Caicedo amongst the names penciled on their list.
