Bale was part of the Los Blancos side that smashed Juventus 4-1 in the final, courtesy of a brace from Ronaldo, and goals from Casemiro and Marco Asensio.
Gareth Bale was introduced in the 77th minute of that game, replacing Karim Benzema, and that triumph made Real Madrid become the first team to retain the UEFA Champions League in the modern era.
