Spain legendary defender, Jordi Alba, is set to leave Barcelona at the end of the season after 11 years with the club.
The 34-year-old joined Barcelona as one of the fast-rising and promising young defenders in 2012.
In 2019, he signed a five-year contract extension with Barcelona. He still has 12 months remaining in his contract but has agreed to terminate it a year before it runs out.
Taking to his social media handle, Alba announced he will leave Barcelona at the end of the season with a video captioned, “Thank You,” with a heart emoji.
