Jadon Sancho is looking forward to seeing Manchester United part ways with head coach Erik ten Hag following a bust-up between the pair.

The former Manchester City player has shown his interest in continuing playing with Man United and has mapped out a plan to make it possible.

Uncertainties have exploded to another phase between the two parties as the 23-year-old ace continues to stay out of the former Ajax manager’s first-team project.

The clash between Jadon Sancho and Erik ten Hag looks unsolvable at this point, as neither the team board nor the club’s owners, Glazer family, is showing interest in stepping into the matter.

However, misinterpretation and division are aspects of any football team, but some problems have a constant impact on all stakeholders involve.

What has happened between Erik ten Hag and Jadon Sancho?

The situation started after the 23-year-old Manchester United winger was not part of the team that faced Arsenal in the Premier League matchday 4 which the Red Devils eventually lost to the Gunners.

In response to the defeat, Erik ten Hag pointed an accusing finger at Sancho, saying the player did not train well which resulted in the Englishman posting a now-deleted social media statement calling the manager a liar.

Erik ten Hag didn’t take the post lightly and since then he has removed the former Borussia Dortmund winger from the squad.

Manchester United attempted to quench the fire by pleading with the 23-year-old to ask for forgiveness from the head coach, but the winger forcefully opposed the idea.

The Dutchman effectively banished him from training with Man United’s first team since he refused to ask for forgiveness.

The 23-year-old faces several punishments which include a restriction on using some facilities like the dining area among other things.

Meanwhile, Manchester United are reportedly contemplating a departure for the winger with each month passing.

According to an insider, the Old Trafford outfit are ready to continue paying a part of his 300,000 pounds a week wages just to convince him to leave the club on loan.

It’s a tough situation for both parties, and this situation might hinder Jadon Sancho from making the England squad for the upcoming Euro 2024 tournament.

Erik Ten Hag on the other hand has come under intense pressure following a disappointing start to the 2023/2024 season.

While Jadon Sancho hopes Ten Hag is sacked, the Dutchman still has a strong backing from the Man United hierarchy

Sancho had wished to survive the former Ajax manager, but as things stand, the winger might be the first to depart the club. Reports have already ruled out his move to Juventus, although there are other teams probably looking forward to securing his signature.

Sancho would profit from a loan transfer in January, which could offer him regular playing time elsewhere.

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag will not allow Sancho to return to the lineup as things stand unless there’s a detailed public apology from the 23-year-old player which the winger continues to avoid.
