    Jack Wilshere claims that memories about the incident feels like a bad dream, as the life-changing news affected him mentally.

    The Englishman also shared that it happened in a flash, and added that “You have to give all your energy and all your support to Siena, while still understanding that you’ve got other kids and life goes on.”

    Wilshere during the exclusive interview with the Daily Mail also disclosed his coping mechanism.

    The 32-year-old said: “My way of coping was not really talking about it.”

    He said: “I’ve seen some of the amazing work they’ve done. Families will spend years going through this.

    “If we can be there for each other, even if it’s just a chat or a little bit of support, I think it helps. Now I can talk about it a little bit more.”

    It is this kind of support that aided him in focusing much of his attention on football, while being aware that his family is safe.
