Aston Villa and their Ace Striker Jack Grealish were handed a defeat today by Brighton and it was a shock to many football fans who thought it would be an easy game for Aston Villa.
Villa is off to a great start in the 2020 premier league season, they beat Liverpool 7 – 2, then they beat Arsenal 3 – 0.
As a result, many people expected Aston Villa to walk all over Brighton to get an easy 3 points. However, Brighton standout player Tariq Lamptey helped his team to hold off Aston Villa.
Also, former Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck opened the scoring for Brighton at 12 minutes into the game. Ezri Konsa equalized for Aston Villa but, March gave Brighton the second goal and that was enough for Brighton to steal 3 points from Aston Villa.
