Isco could be heading to the Premier League during the January transfer window as he has admitted that one of his dreams is to play in Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge stadium.

Since Isco has been playing top European club football, he has never had the opportunity of playing against Chelsea in London nor against Arsenal that has shown huge interest in his services.

The out of favor Real Madrid and Spanish attacking midfielder is said to be one of the players Mikel Arteta is hoping to bring into the current set-up of Arsenal. He is seen as a player that can give Arsenal the creative spark in the midfield even though he is almost in the same mode as Arsenal’s out of favor attacking midfielder, Mesut Ozil.

Though Chelsea have not shown any interest in Isco, the 28-year-old attacking midfielder might not hesitate to jump on a deal from Chelsea since he has publicly declared his desire to play in Stamford Bridge. Recall that Real Madrid have given him the go-ahead to join any club that shows interest in him since Madrid’s coach Zinedine Zidane don’t longer want his services.

Despite the reported interest from Arsenal, the attacking midfielder had reportedly declared that he would prefer to stay in La Liga. This declaration has placed Sevilla, one of the clubs that have shown interest in him, in an advantageous position to get his signature this January.

But Isco’s desire to play in Stamford Bridge might not come to pass soonest if he decides to go with Sevilla this winter. Hence, the fastest way he can make his dream come to pass is to sign for Arsenal.

However, the board of Arsenal is reportedly planning a 6-month loan move for the attacking midfielder. A part of the deal which could make it difficult for Isco to choose Arsenal ahead of Sevilla is the aspect that the Premier League club wants Real Madrid to fund a part of Isco’s weekly wages.

As it stands, it is a matter of time to see whether Isco’s love for Stamford Bridge would force him to join Arsenal or any other Premier League club this winter.

The 28-year-old Spanish attacking midfielder who has made 10 league appearances for Real Madrid this season, still has two years left on his current contract with Madrid.
