Harry Maguire, England International, married Fern Hawkins at a charming French chateau today, June 25, 2022. He announced the beautiful development by sharing a picture from the event on his Instagram page which he captioned “A day I’ll never forget.”
In front of Jordan Pickford, a Three Lions teammate, and his wife Megan Davison, a bridesmaid, Harry, 29, and Fern, 27, exchanged vows.
On a £50,000 private plane, the Man Utd captain flew to Burgundy with about 30 family members and guests.
Then, they touched down at the historic Chateau Varennes, which was once ranked among the top 10 wedding sites in the world, for a £250,000 celebration.
For Fern, who met her husband when they were still teenagers, the party included a beautician and hairdresser.
It is believed that the devoted pair selected a vocalist and wrote portions of their own vows for the outdoor ceremony at the chateau.
On Friday night, they had cocktails with family and friends. Before they leave for the UK, they intend to throw a celebration at the venue’s outdoor pool.
