Harry Kane is yet to find a residence in Germany after his transfer from Tottenham to Bayern Munich during the summer.

Despite offers to buy a £30 million mansion the 30-year-old England captain declined the opportunity and is currently on the lookout for a home in Munich.

Recently, the Bayern Munich star reportedly visited a luxurious mansion worth £29 million in a suburb called “Germany’s Hollywood.”

Meanwhile, Kane’s wife, Katie Goodland, had already explored properties earlier this year, and now the footballer himself has inspected a 12-room mansion.

Instead of purchasing, Kane is considering renting the mansion for a reported monthly sum of £70,000.

The mansion Kane would be staying with his family in Germany is located in Grunwald, known as the “Bavarian Beverley Hills.”

Grünwald, known as the “green forest,” is a stunning destination with picturesque forest trails, an exclusive golf course, and a plethora of elegant restaurants nearby.

It has also become a popular place for some of Harry’s new teammates at Bayern Munich, as well as A-list celebrities.

The local real estate agents describe the property as having both indoor and outdoor heated pools, a wine cellar, home cinema rooms, and a wellness area.

The property is fenced and comprises a mansion and a separate guest house, offering over 400 square meters of living space.

For Kane’s children, there are prestigious schools in the area, such as the Munich International School, with annual fees amounting to £7,500.

Residents and visitors looking for pampering can also visit a local hairdresser and spa that is highly regarded among the Bayern Wags, with beauty treatments starting at £300.

Kane and Katie have four children: Ivy, aged six, Vivienne, aged five, Louis, aged two, and baby Henry, who was born shortly after they decided to move to Germany.

Harry Kane having trouble learning German

The beginning of Kane’s journey in Germany has been marked by turbulence as he recently confessed that his progress in learning the language has been hindered by his tutor’s absence.

He said: “It hasn’t come along any further yet, to be honest.”

“I’m due to start lessons when I get back, the teacher was away for a little while. I’m fully open to trying to learn the language.”

“I’ve been told it is extremely tough, but I want to take in the culture as much as possible and, even if I get a word here and there, that would be nice.”

Nevertheless, his performances on the field remain unaffected, as he has already achieved an impressive tally of nine goals and four assists for Bayern in all competitions.

What’s next for Kane?

Kane’s focus now shifts towards preparing for Bayern’s upcoming match against Freiburg, where he aims to contribute to his new team’s pursuit of closing the gap on league leaders Bayer Leverkusen and potentially securing his first trophy.

The match will take place at Allianz Arena with kick-off scheduled for 4:30 pm on Sunday, October 8.
