Harry Kane Is Back To Tottenham Hotspur, In a Meeting With Ange Postecoglou Amid Bayern Munich Interest

Harry Kane has returned to Tottenham training as he prepares for the club’s pre-season tour in Australia. He is also in a meeting with the club’s Manager, Ange Postecoglou.

Recent reports have it that the England captain met with Tottenham Hotspur’s new manager Ange Postecoglou over his future as he arrived at the club’s training facility today, July 13, 2023.

Kane, 29, just have a year left on his contract and has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich. Spurs have already rejected two bids from the German club including £70million bid.

In the video shared by Futballnews on Twitter, Kane could be seen arriving for his first day of training as he smiled while walking through the door, holding his kit and boots in a plastic bag.

Harry Kane reportedly had a discussion with Thomas Tuchel at his London home and is planning to tell Postecoglou he is ready to leave the club.

James Maddison – who has arrived from Leicester for £40m – also arrived at the Stadium complex, together with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Ivan Perisic, Joe Rodon, Dejan Kulusevski and new boys Destiny Udogie and Manor Solomon.

Kane is one of the players that hold much ground to negotiate a higher contract after holding pre-contractual talks with other clubs in January.

He will also leave as a free agent next summer if he fails to join Bayern this summer. Then, he will have the opportunity to pick one of the top European sides who have been showing strong interest in him including Bayern.

Recall we reported that Tottenham chief Daniel Levy believes that he can persuade Kane to stay at the club by offering him a new lucrative contract.

Harry Kane on the other hand has shown no particular interest in extending his stay and Tottenham are looking not to lose their prized asset.

Tottenham fans also will be hopeful of his stay after he scored 30 goals under a struggling team last season as the club is looking to revamp under Postecoglou this season.

Levy is reportedly preparing to offer his star man wages of up to £400,000-a-week but with time running out, they may end up selling him to Bayern.

Harry Kane and his Tottenham team-mates are set to fly out to Australia for the start of their pre-season tour – that includes Thailand and Singapore – on Friday.

They will also face West Ham, Leicester City and Roma in Asia before they return for a home friendly against Shakhtar Donetsk on August 6.

We cannot confirm if Kane will still be Tottenham’s player before their first game of the season away at Brentford on August 13, we can only wait and see.
