Harry Kane was spotted dancing to ‘Last Last’ by Nigeria-born Afropop star Burna Boy after Tottenham qualified for the Champions League round 16.
The prolific and highly-rated forward displayed his dancing skills as he moved to the beats in Tottenham’s dressing room after the match against Olympic Marseille.
The England star exuded joy and beamed a smile of satisfaction while showing his dance moves.
His reaction could be perfectly understood in the context of the make-or-mar game against Marseille.
Tottenham went to France with their Champions League and Europa League fate in their hands.
They could have even crashed out of the two competitions, depending on what happened between them and Marseille and the outcome of the result between Sporting Lisbon and Eintracht Frankfurt.
A lot was at stake for the Premier League club going into the game, and they needed nothing less than a draw or a win to make it to the next round.
Marseille dominated play and nearly confirmed Spurs’ nightmare when they finally took the lead at the dearth of the first half.
Shockingly, Lenglet restored hope after he equalized early in the second half. Marseille mounted intense pressure again.
The suspense was finally resolved when Hojbjerg scored a late winner for Tottenham – a win which bundled Marseille out from both the Champions League and Europa League. At the same time, Tottenham qualified as group leaders for the next round.
It was indeed a great moment for the Conte-led team. After surviving the Marseille scare, Harry Kane dropped those beautiful dance steps to wrap up a historic victory in France.
