Harry Kane will become Bayern Munich highest-paid player as he seals a deal with Bayern Munich to join the club this summer

Bayern Munich finally reached agreement to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur this summer after a series of back and forth.

After three series of rejected bids, the Bundesliga giants finally settled for a £94.5m transfer fee for the England forward as Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy finally yield to pressure after knocking back previous advances by the Bundesliga side.

It was understood Daniel Levy’s hardline stance on the negotiation table with Bayern Munich could not survive since Kane wasn’t ready to pen a new deal with the club.

With a year remaining in his contract, Tottenham risk losing Harry Kane on a free transfer next summer. Hence, the club needed to cash out on the player since there were no breakthrough in renewal talks.

Harry Kane will be hoping to take on the exciting new challenge of replacing Robert Lewandwoski at Bayern Munich and leading the attack for the Bundesliga champions.

Harry Kane netted 30 goals for Tottenham last season to emerge second on the Premier League top scorers’ chart behind Erling Haaland

Ironically, Kane’s prolific goal-scoring stats could not alter Tottenham’s dwindling fortunes last season as the club dropped off all European slots on the Premier League table after finishing on 8th with 60 points.

The Bayern Munich will see the England and Tottenham all-time highest goal-scorer return to Champions League with one of the biggest clubs, who are always a favorite to win the competition.

A breakdown of the contract offer shows Harry Kane will earn £1,798,000 monthly, £415,000 weekly, £59,285 daily, and £2,470 every hour.

Chelsea reach agreement for Tyler Adams

Another big transfer deal was also completed by another London club Chelsea. According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea reached agreement with Leeds United for Tyler Adams.

The Blues have triggered Tyler Adams relegation clause of £20m after days of negotiations and have also agreed personal terms with the player with medical tests to follow immediately before signing of contract.

Tyler Adams, who plays as a midfielder for Leeds United and USA national team, will be the seventh player joining Chelsea this summer after the club signed Angelo Gabriel from Santos, Robert Sanchez from Brighton, Lesley Ugochukwu from Rennes, Nicolas Jackson from Villarreal, Axel Disasi from Monaco, and Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig.
