Paris Saint Germain center-back Thiago Silva has joined Chelsea football club as a free transfer. He will remain at the club until the end of the 2020-2021 season. The one year deal could be extended further if the 35-year-old Brazilian defender is able to keep impressing the management of the club.
Silva played his last game for PSG on Sunday, 23 August 2020, when the club lost the UEFA Champions League title to Bayern Munich.

Lionel Messi transfer to Manchester City
Futballnews has earlier reported that Messi contacted the manager of Manchester City Pep Guardiola before he submitted his transfer request to Barcelona. The latest updates say Manchester City have already started planning for the move.
In line with their plan, the Premier League club have lined up 19-year-old Spanish defender Eric Garcia and 23-year-old Spanish defender Angelino as part of the deal they are reportedly packaging for Messi if they can not get him as a free transfer.
Other reports claim that the club are preparing to add 26-year-old Portugal midfielder Bernardo Silva, 26-year-old Brazil forward Gabriel Jesus including £89.5 million for Messi.
Sergio Reguilon transfer saga
Sergio Reguilon is wanted at Manchester United, Tottenham, Juventus and Inter Milan. The 23-year-old Spanish left-back has been on loan at Sevilla. Hence, his parent club, Real Madrid have insisted that any club that want the services of the youngster, such a club must be ready to pay at least €20 million.
Hector Bellerin transfer to Juventus

Serge Aurier was not able to enjoy his game under Jose Mourinho and he could leave Tottenham this summer. Though the Ivory Coast defender is keen to leave Spurs, Tottenham rejected AC Milan bid for his signature.
