On Sunday, August 27, the Brentford man announced that he was going to get married to his girlfriend Mesoma Akaolisa.
The midfielder took to his official social media pages to share a lovely message about his updated relationship status.

Mesoma Akaolisa on the other hand, showed off a massive diamond ring on her finger, showing that the couple are ready to take on the next phase of life.

However, the engagement image did not go unnoticed on social media as football lovers as well as his Super Eagles teammates congratulated him.
