Club football matches return on April 1, 2023, after the March international break. Club managers and players are ready to give the fans what to cheer once again.

Below are the Five Matches To Watch This Weekend

    Manchester City vs Liverpool

It is the match of the titans between the two most dominant clubs in the Premier League over the past three seasons.

Pep Guardiola is chasing the Premier League title, and Jürgen Klopp wants to get a Champions League qualification ahead of next season to brighten up Liverpool’s poor season.

A Manchester City win over Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium will move the club closer to Arsenal, who are on top of the Premier League table with an eight-point difference.

According to the club head-to-head, Liverpool had always been a difficult team to beat for Manchester City.

However, Guardiola will do everything in his power to defeat the Reds to avoid Arsenal sitting comfortably on the league table.

The match will take place at Etihad Stadium on Saturday, April 1st, with kickoff time scheduled for 12:30 pm.

    Bayern Munich vs Borussia Dortmund

Thomas Tuchel’s first game in charge of Bayern Munich will be against his former team, Borussia Dortmund. The former Chelsea manager joined Bayern Munich after the club sacked Julian Nagelsmann for issues of inconsistency.

Tuchel will love to send a message to Bayern Munich’s opponents that he is ready to dominate the league and win silverware.

A win for Bayern Munich will move them to the top of the table, with Borussia Dortmund having 53 points and Bayern Munich with 52 points.

The last four matches ended in favor of Bayern Munich, with three wins and one draw.

The date for the matchup is Saturday, the 1st of April and time is 5:30 pm.

    Napoli vs AC Milan

It is a clash you don’t want to miss as a Serie A fan. The Naples are taking every match one after the other in a bid to end the season with the Scudetto.

    Matches

The match will be played on April 2, 2023, at 7:45 p.m. at Diego Maradona Stadium. A.C. Milan, who are currently in 4th place, will be in for a tough match with in-form Napoli, who have not lost a lot of matches in all competitions this season.

    Paris Saint-German vs. Olympic Lyon

This match in the French League is always filled with intensity and drama.

Paris Saint-Germain will play Olympic Lyon on April 2, with kickoff time scheduled for 7:45pm.

Paris Saint-German want to see themselves finish at the top of the league, but their current form is not appalling.

Before the international break, Paris Saint-Germain lost heavily to Rennes; it was a disappointing match that put club manager Christopher Gailter’s future in doubt.

    Matches

In a bid to save his season, the Ligue 1 title is the most important and the one that is within the club reach now. However, beating Olympic Lyon will go down in the hearts of the PSG fans as a day they don’t want to forget.

    Fenerbache vs Besiktas

Is the greatest derby match in the history of the Turkish League.

Both teams will play against each other on April 2 and the kickoff time is 6:30 pm.

    Matches

Fenerbache are currently in 2nd place in the league table and are charging up to displace the league leaders, Galatasaray. Besiktas want to close the gap between them and second-placed Fernerbache.
