Europa League Match Day 3 ended with a fascinating results in all the match venues.

Liverpool continued their unbeaten run in the Europa League, West Ham lost their 17-unbeaten run, and Brighton gave Ajax no chance to get their first win since the sack of their manager.

Group A

Olympiacos 2-0 West Ham

The Greek team went ahead in the first half with two goals. The first goal came in the 33rd minute from Fortounis, and the second goal was more of a team effort from the Olympiacos player, with Rodinei scoring in the 45+1 minute.

In the 87th minute of the second half, Lucas Paqueta scored a goal for the London side. That was not enough to make the away team get a point in the game.

However, West Ham still remain on top of Group A with six points from three matches.

Backa Topola 1-3 SC Freiburg

The Topola side scored in the first 20 minutes of the match from Nemanja Petrovic. SC Freiburg striker Vincenzo Grifo is the hattrick hero of the match, scoring three second-half goals for the German side.

His goals have allowed SC Freiburg to move to second place in Group A.

Olympic Marseille 3-1 AEK Athens

Vitor Carvalho scored the first goal in the 27th minute for Olympic Marseille, sending the fans wild. Orbelín Pineda got the equalizer for Athens in the 53rd minute. It was a well-placed ball from the midfielder.

A few minutes after scoring, AEK Athens Cican Stanković was given a red card after a VAR review.

Olympic Marseille got a penalty in the second half, and Amine Harit wasted no time in sending the goalkeeper the wrong way.

Another penalty was given in favor of Olympic Marseille in the 69th minute of the match, with Jordan Veretout scoring to give the French side two goals.

Brighton 2-0 Ajax

Joao Pedro and Ansu Fati gave Brighton a well deserved win against Ajax in the Europa League match. Ajax continue the struggle to win matches despite sacking yet another manager.

Aris Limassol 0-1 Real Betis

Former Newcastle attacker Ayose Perez scored the only goal of the match as Real Betis struggled to get the win against their opponent.

Sparta Prague 0-0 Rangers

The match between the two teams ended in a 0-0 draw, with the Rangers team close to scoring goals, but the Sparta Prague defense played a major role in making sure the score line remained unchanged.

Raków Częstochowa 1-1 Sporting

Despite the early red card for Sporting Lisbon, Viktor Gyökeres The Portuguese team scored a beautiful goal in the 13th minute of the first half.

Sporting Lisbon ended the first half with 10 men against 11.

Rakow’s Fabian Piasecki gave the team something to celebrate with a 79th-minute goal to secure a point against the Portuguese giant.

Sturm Graz 2-2 Atalanta

Graz went ahead in the 13th minute of the match with a goal from Alexander Prass, who is in form for the club.

However, the Italian team scored a goal a minute after the Graz goal. Luis Muriel made it 1-1 in the 34th minute of the match.

Before the end of the first half, Luis Muriel scored another goal for Atalanta from the penalty spot.

The non-relentless Graz got the equalizer from the penalty spot in the 80th minute of the match to make sure both team share points.

Liverpool 5-1 Toulouse

In the first half, Liverpool scored in the ninth minute of the first half with a powerful shot from Diogo Jota.

Toulouse equalized against Liverpool with Thijs Dallinga in the 16th minute.

Wataru Endo scored his first goal of the season since joining the club to make it 2-1 in the first half. The Japanese made no mistake in scoring the goal.

Darwin Nunez made it 3-1 for the Liverpool side. Gravenberch and Mohamed Salah scored two second-half goals to continue with Liverpool 100% record in the Europa League.

Panathinaikos 1-2 Rennes

The French side defeated the Greek side 2-1 to secure all the three points with Panathinaikos getting their only goal through penalty.

Group G

Sheriff 1-1 Servette

After the away team scored in the first half. Sheriff Tiraspol fought till the end of the match and they got a goal in the 80th minute through David Akpan  

Roma 2-0 Slavia Prague

Jose Mourinho side scored in the 45th seconds of the game to give the club the lead. Romelu Lukaku scored another goal in the 17th minute to give them all three points.

Molde 5-1 Häcken

Bayer Leverkusen 5-1 Qarabag FK

The Bundesliga Leader continue their unbeaten run after a 5-1 win against Qarabag.  The Xabi Alonso men scored the first goal in the 4th minute of the match.

However Qarabag came back into the game with Toral Bayramov scoring from the penalty spot in the 16th minute.

Europa League

The German team got their lead back in the 29th minute with Wirtz providing the assist for Alex Grimaldo.

Bayer Leverkusen Victor Boniface scored the third goal for the German club in the 35th minute.

It was an outside shout with Qarabag goalkeeper having no chance of saving the ball.

In the second half, Alex Grimaldo scored another goal in the Europa League match. Inclusively, Bayer Leverkusen’s Tapsoba scored the fifth goal for the German side.
