Erling Haaland, who recently moved from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester City, is apparently considering renting Paul Pogba’s three-million-pound property in Manchester.
Amid interests from Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus, the Frenchman will leave Manchester United and is not anticipated to join any other Premier League team.
Pogba’s five-bedroom home is reportedly in Hale Barns, Cheshire, according to the Mirror. It contains a sauna, heated pool, gym, and indoor soccer field.
Haaland’s potential relocation to Pogba’s residence could happen because both players are managed by the same agency.
A source says: “Erling is keen to get settled down as quickly as possible so he can hit the ground running at City.
“So a key part of that is to get himself sorted with a new home as soon as he can. He and paul know each other and share the same management team.”
“Given how Paul’s time at United has gone, he’s unlikely to return to the UK so he will be looking to sell his house but he would be happy to rent it if necessary. It has everything a top level footballer needs and a bit of mischief in the house as well with the footie pitch.
“Paul and Erling are quite similar characters. They like to enjoy themselves so it could really appeal to him.”
Erling Haaland to Manchester City
Erling Haaland joined Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund, the club announced on Monday, June 13, 2022.
The 21-year-old has signed a five-year contract that will keep him at the Etihad Stadium through the summer of 2027 and is scheduled to join the club on July 1.
Haaland junior is widely considered one of Europe’s top strikers. He will join City this summer with a formidable goalscoring reputation after impressive stints at Molde FK, Red Bull Salzburg, and Dortmund.
Haaland junior is the son of former City star Alfie, who played for City when Erling Haaland was still a toddler.
Haaland, a 21-cap Norwegian international, won the German Cup and the Bundesliga Player of the Season in 2020–21 after scoring 86 goals in 89 appearances over two and a half seasons with the Black and Yellows.
Once his squad number is determined, Haaland shirts will be made available.
