    Cristiano Ronaldo was seen emotional after scoring his 900th career goal in a UEFA Nations League clash involving Portugal and Croatia.

    Ronaldo netted the decisive goal for Roberto Martinez’s side as they secured a 2-1 win over the Croats at the Estadio da Luz.

    Manchester United’s Diogo Dalot opened the scoring for Portugal in the 7th minute, before Cristiano Ronaldo doubled their lead in the 34th minute, expertly connecting with a cross delivered into the box by Nuno Mendes of Paris Saint Germain.

    Croatia altered the scoreline in the 41st minute through an own goal by Dalot, however, they couldn’t secure the leveler despite their efforts for most parts of the game.
