The Portuguese star chose to cut connections with his now-former club after giving an explosive interview in the middle of December. His son, Cristiano, was a member of the team’s youth team but has since departed and returned to Real Madrid’s youth team.

In his early years, Cristiano Jr. followed in his father’s footsteps by moving from Madrid to Juventus and finally Manchester United. Now he’s back in Los Blancos, where his father had been training to keep in shape while he searches for a new job at the age of 37.

Back in 2016, Ronaldo emphasized his wishes and objectives for his son: “I want my son to be a player. I am a footballer and I want him to be one too. I think he has something of an athlete about him. He has athletic characteristics. Obviously he is very young, a baby, he’s only five, but he loves football. That is a big plus.”

“I have 30 balls at home. He is always with the ball and he loves it. But I will not force him to be a player because it comes naturally. It has to be his choice. He will be whatever he wants to be, I am not going to push him at all. But obviously I want Cristiano to be a player. A top one, like his dad.”

Additionally, Cristiano Jr had previously pleaded with his father to continue competing so that they could share the field of play. In 2019, Ronaldo said: “Cristianinho puts pressure on me sometimes and says: ‘Dad, keep playing for a few more years so we can play together.’ It’s going to be difficult, even if I still have a few years to give…”

Ronaldo tried to leave Manchester United in the summer, but he was unable to do so because there weren’t many interested parties. Chelsea and Bayern Munich were among the teams mentioned, but neither decided to pursue their interest, leaving few possibilities six months later.

Consequently, a relocation to the Middle East may now be in the works. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner can end his career outside of Europe thanks to a tantalizing offer from the Saudi Arabian team Al-Nassr.

He will reportedly receive nearly £1 billion over the course of the seven-year contract, making him the richest athlete in sports. After playing for two and a half seasons, Ronaldo will become an ambassador for Saudi Arabia, which plans to make a World Cup bid in 2030.

The son of renowned player Cristiano Ronaldo and a Portuguese American, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. was born on June 17, 2010.

The kid appears to be following in the footsteps of his father, who thinks that his son has what it takes to become a future football star.

On July 17, 2010, the father, Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, posted on Facebook and Twitter to announce the birth of his son. He also disclosed that their son’s mother had given him sole guardianship since she did not want to be known. His grandmother Maria Dolores dos Santos Aveiro raised him.

Ronaldo said that his son does not know his mother in an interview with Jonathan Ross from 2015, but he will introduce them at the appropriate time.

Ronaldo’s twins, Eva and Mateo were also born through surrogacy in June 2017; while Alana Martina, born in November 2017, and Bella, born in 2022—are the children of the football player’s girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez.

Ronaldo returned to Old Trafford in August 2021, and he joined the Red Devils after having previously played in the Juventus football academy.

Ronaldo has already stated that he wants his son to carry on his legacy.

The boy’s grandmother, Dos Santos Aveiro, thinks he is already more gifted than his father and is optimistic that he will develop into a great player.

Ronaldo Jr.’s move to Manchester United made it possible for him to be nearer to his mentor and father.

But because his father’s situation has deteriorated, he is compelled to leave the same squad that scorned his father and rejoined Real Madrid.
