After the Portugal international and Fenerbahce president Ali Koc struck an agreement, Ajansspor reported that only the last few formalities are needed for the transfer to be deemed official.

With the transfer window now closed in all of Europe’s top leagues, the Yellow Canaries are confident that they will be able to sign Ronaldo before other interested parties. It is reported that Ronaldo met with manager Jorge Jesus, who was successful in convincing his compatriot to move to the Super Lig.

In Turkey, the transfer window doesn’t close until September 8; Fenerbahce has until then to come to terms on a price with United, who have won their previous three Premier League games while using Ronaldo as a substitute.

It is known that some countries still have their summer transfer window open even after it closed in most of Europe’s big nations on Thursday, September 1.

The transfer market in Turkey will remain open for five more days, giving Jorge Mendes enough time to secure Ronaldo’s departure from Old Trafford.

Ajansspor claims that Ronaldo and Fenerbache president Ali Koc have struck an agreement in principle and are just awaiting the last few details to seal the deal.

Additionally, it was discovered that Jorge Jesus, manager of Fenerbahce, was instrumental in the transfer because he persuaded his fellow countryman to join the Super Lig.

Michy Batshuayi’s deal with Nottingham Forest fell through late in the transfer window, and Fenerbahce have finalized the signing of the Chelsea striker.

In his career, he has won 32 trophies, including the UEFA European Championship, five UEFA Champions Leagues, and seven league championships.

Ronaldo has the records for most Champions League appearances (183), goals (140), and assists (42) as well as the most international goals (117) and appearances by a European player (14) and European Championship goals (14).

He is one of the select few athletes with over 1,100 career appearances in the professional sphere and over 800 senior-level goals for club and country.

Why Does Ronaldo Want To Leave Manchester United

Some of the factors that have led Cristiano Ronaldo to desire to leave Manchester United are the club’s initial lack of action in the transfer market and a wage cut.

Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen, Anthony, and Casemiro all joined United, but Ronaldo has grown frustrated with their response to a terrible season in which they went trophyless and were condemned to the Europa League.

A 25% salary cut for players as a result of United’s failure to make the Champions League has reportedly “upset” Ronaldo, according to sources close to the star.

And to cap it all up, the 5 times Ballon D’or winner insisted that he would like to feature in the 2022/23 UEFA Champions league and that is the major driving force to him wanting to leave Old Trafford.
