Al Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo has claimed innocent of a “completely false” indictment by a married Venezuelan influencer that she had sex with him in 2022.
The lady, a blogger, who goes by the name Georgilaya, claimed that Cristiano Ronaldo cheated on his partner Georgina Rodriguez.
Ronaldo has two kids with Georgina and this claim by the Venezuelan influencer states that he cheated on his Argentine partner in a hotel in Portugal on the 25th of March 2022.
The blogger maintained that Ronaldo sent her a text and invited her to his hotel after she took pictures with the Portuguese great and his teammates in Portugal.
She said: “When I read the message, I thought that if I went there we would just talk, get to know each other better, maybe I could get some more photos. I didn’t think that, in that situation, there would be sex. The fact is, it happened.”
“It was consented on my part, but despite that I felt manipulated, by the fame and power of Cristiano Ronaldo.”
However, Cristiano Ronaldo’s spokesperson has dashed the claims stating that they were “false and defamatory”.
Georgilaya said that she had sex with Ronaldo at the Solverde hotel in Vila Nova de Gaia in northern Portugal while the Portugal national team captain was training with his teammates in preparation for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Georgilaya claim on consensual sex with Cristiano Ronaldo
The Venezuelan influencer claims that she and the footballer had both consented to the sex but she afterwards felt “used”.
Cristiano Ronaldo has rebuffed the claims but the lady said in a video posted on Instagram:
“Cristiano Ronaldo came to my room where they the Portuguese National Team were in the same hotel.”
Georgilaya further asserted: “He came to my room on the third floor… do you understand me?”
“In no moment did I say that I went to the room of Cristiano Ronaldo.”
She has kept several photos of herself and the football great according to the influencer.
Cristiano Ronaldo was seen with his arm all over a happy Georgilaya in two different pictures.
She also posted a picture of her putting on a Manchester United jersey with Cristiano Ronaldo’s name on it as she watched the footballer play in the Portugal against Macedonia World Cup Qualifier match.
In every picture she took, she tagged the Portuguese legend in it.
Nevertheless, she states that she does not want either “fame or money” but she posts seductive pictures of herself in her underclothes.
She also buttressed that she didn’t make the claim because of the need to grow her Instagram account for more followers.
“I have made it clear, I’m not crazy, nor hungry for fame. I already had followers. Be careful with that. I already had followers,’ she said on her Instagram story.
Georgilaya protested that social media users had been commenting on her posts, which sees her wearing see-through underwear with derogatory comments.
She said: “And not any less important, I am not less of a woman than anybody for appearing with few clothes in the photo, to start, Many… have offended me and written horrible comments on my photos.”
Cristiano Ronaldo has two children with his long-term partner, Georgina Rodriguez who he met in 2016 in a Gucci store where the Argentine lady worked as a retail assistant.
The footballer has five children, his eldest being Cristiano Jr. who was born in the US in 2010 but instantly was taken back to Madrid to be nurtured in Spain.
The mother of Cristiano Jr is unidentified as both Ronaldo and the lady have not come out to publicly state who the mother of the boy is.
Georgina then gave birth to their daughter Alana on November 12, 2017. In October 2021, the couple established that they were expecting twins but sadly their son died at birth on the 18th of April, 2022 but their daughter survived.
Kathryn Mayorga and Ronaldo’s issue
Ronaldo has in the past been accused of raping US citizen Kathryn Mayorga in a hotel room in 2009 and then paying her $375,000 for her to cover it up.
But in June 2022, the case was squashed by US Judge Jennifer Dorsey who said that Mayorga’s lawyer had shown “bad faith” and relied on information that were leaked.
In February 2023, the lawyer of Kathryn Mayorga who put out the indictment was ordered to pay $334,637.50 to reimburse Ronaldo for the legal fees he paid defending himself against the lawsuit that was thrown out in 2022.
Judge Dorsey stated in 2022 that putting away a case completely with no option to file it again is a tough sanction, but that Ronaldo had been harmed by the conduct of Mayorga’s lawyer, Leslie Mark Stovall.
