Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic, has declared himself 100%  fit, he made this declaration while speaking to ESPN in an interview he said he is ready for the FA Cup final between London rival Arsenal on Saturday at Wembley Stadium.

Frank Lampard had earlier told reporters that the USMT captain was struggling with an unspecified problem in recent weeks, which led to the former Dortmund player omission from the Semifinal win over Manchester United.

However, he was back against Liverpool last week, but he was a starter against Wolves on the last day of the League on Sunday, as he was substituted off with 10 minutes to play as a precautionary measure.

Pulisic,21, has now come out in the interview to clear the air “I never had a real issue. I’m 100% fit.”

This news comes as a boost to the head coach, who is looking to win his first trophy as a manager and a ninth FA Cup win for Chelsea. Its also a bragging right against a major city rival. The clubs had last defeated Arsenal 4-1 in the Europa League final in Baku last season.

Pulisic had signed for Chelsea but was on loan back to Dortmund while his new team played Arsenal in the final while he also revealed that he was in contact with former Dortmund teammate and Arsenal striker Aubameyang saying “You can score one goal, but you can’t win!”

Aubameyang and Pulisic have remained close friend with the Arsenal striker advising him about life in London before his transfer

“I know him quite well,” Pulisic added. “He is incredible, the way he gets in good areas. He’s always dangerous, so we are definitely going to have to be cautious of that, and they have some other good players. But he is definitely one guy that you have to look out for.

“We’ll always be good friends. I played together with him for a long time. Right now, we are definitely focused and want to win. It is going to be a good battle; and not so much on the pitch, but we will always be friends off the pitch.

“The final comes down to us against them, who is more ready to play on the day. Obviously, it gives us confidence that we’ve been in good form, we’ve been playing well, and we’re going to try and bring that into the game. In the end, it is one game, and in a final, anything can happen.”
