The 21-year-old Bukayo Saka is known for his attacking prowess and creativeness, and is often considered one of the best young football players in the world.

Having spent his entire career with Arsenal since he joined the senior team on the 29th of November, 2018, Saka has won an FA Cup Community Shield for the Gunners.
He was named as Arsenal’s player of the season after emerging as Gunners’ top scorer last season with 12 goals.

Despite his potential move away from Arsenal to any of the England clubs craving to purchase the young star at a whooping €100 million transfer fee, Arsenal Manager Mikel Arteta revealed he’s not willing to release Saka.

Arteta admitted that he is positive that an extension would be agreed soon and Bukayo Saka will remain at the club.
He said: “I am very confident he will remain with the Gunners.

Arteta said the only thing remaining now is to document the contract extension.
“Now it is about putting it on a piece of paper”.

Meanwhile, the 21-year-old Bukayo Saka has replied to the comments made by Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta as regards his contract extension with the club.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano on Tuesday; 30th of August, 2022, the Arsenal player of the 2021-22 season winner said he loves the current vibes in the club and he would possibly lengthen his contract with the Gunners.

Saka said: “I share his [Arteta’s] confidence. I really feel at home at Arsenal. I feel the love from my team-mates, from the coaches and from the fans.

“The manager is always there for me and the different bits of advice he gives me are special.

“The atmosphere at the Emirates is getting better and better and I can feel the energy boost from the crowd every time I play.
“We’re loving every minute of it and we feel a stronger team as a result of that support.”

The Gunners are currently the only team with a 100 per cent win ratio so far since this season started.

Arsenal are top of the Premier League table with 12 points, putting behind Manchester City, Tottenham and Brighton who have 10 points each.

Mikel Arteta’s side kicked off the 2022-23 Premier League campaign like never before. They came victorious in all their four matches; having swept aside Crystal Palace in a 0-2 away victory, they defeated Leicester in a 4-2 victory at Emirates, the Gunners grabbed another 3-0 away victory against Bournemouth before defeating Fulham 2-1 in last Saturday’s game, 27th of August, 2022.

Arsenal will welcome Aston Villa at Emirates Stadium today, Wednesday 31st of August, 2022.

Since the Gunners have not lost any of their Premier League games this season, especially with their grand style of play at Emirates, they are likely to defeat Aston Villa tonight.

However, the Gunners would have to strive harder tonight as their potential midfielders Oleksandr Zinchenko and Thomas Partey will not feature in tonight’s game. The duo missed Saturday’s game against Fulham due to injuries and will not play today as they are still struggling for fitness. Also, Mohammed Elneny will miss the game due to a hamstring injury.
