He made a return a return to the club in the 2019/20 season, making two appearances in Premier League b but was promoted to the first team and made 17 appearances in the English top-flight with cameo appearances in the Premier League, FA Cup, and Europa League.

While Joe Willock has played his entire career with the London club since he joined the academy, he plays majorly as he central midfielder but can also play out wide or a little deeper.
