Ben Chilwell hung out with his childhood friend Tom Bryant as they watched Los Angeles Lakers defeat LA Clippers by 5 points.
Ben Chilwell was on ground with his pal Tom Bryant as they watched LA Lakers defeat LA Clippers 130-125 on Thursday, 2nd November.
Chilwell recently discussed their issues with mental health when he and other prominent football players launched the ‘Create the Space’ initiative.
Chilwell and Mead joined other football celebrities who are impacted by the mental health issue, which affects one in four individuals in the UK.
When discussing his challenges, the Blues defender said: “I have had my own mental health journey and I felt unsure about where to turn to for support.”
Ben Chilwell also added: “It’s down to our generation to change this and ensure that throughout football, all the way from the elite level to young people in community organisations, we have each other’s backs and we’re equipped with the tools to help ourselves and those around us.”
“We need to move from talking about mental health to taking action.”
He also went on to add: “And Create the Space provides the platform for everyone wishing to take action to play a role in tackling mental health issues, whether they are playing in the Premier league, in the playground, or in the park.”
It’s safe to conclude that the defender has discovered the “change in scenario” that Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino indicated was necessary to speed up his recovery.
Ben Chilwell was spotted courtside during the LA Lakers’ intensely competitive game against the LA Clippers on Wednesday at the Crypto.com Arena.
Chilwell, 26, was seen watching from the sidelines with his pal Tom Bryant while sporting a casual look that included pants and a T-shirt.
