Bayern Munich thrashed local side FC Rottach-Egern, a club in the Bavarian town of Tegernsee, 27-0 in their first pre-season friendly match.

Rottach-Egern play in the ninth tier of the German club football league pyramid in Germany.

Thirteen players got on the score sheet, with Jamal Musiala, Mathys Tel and Marcel Sabitzer scoring five goals each.

The remaining 10 players scored the remaining goals in the pre-friendly match that was quite hilarious.

Bayern Munich have played Rottach-Egern three times since 2018 and won every of the encounter with 20 or more goals.

In 2018, they thrashed them 20-2, in 2019 they won 23-0 and now they have thrashed them 27-0, just three goals less than 30.

This mean that they encounter has see an aggregate scoreline of 70-2 over three matches in the last five years.

At halftime of the game, Bayern Munich were already 18-0 up after a hattrick by German international Serge Gnabry.

Alphonso Davies, Konrad Laimer, Noussair Mazraoui, Dayot Upamecano, Leroy Sane, Jamal Musiala and Mathys Tel all found the back of the net during the first 45 minutes of the match-up.

Sabitzer, who was on loan at Manchester United last season, scored his five goals in 22 minutes in the second half.

Raphael Guerreiro, Ryan Gravenberch, Kingsley Coman and Sadio Mane scored late in the match as they sealed the game for the Bavarians.

Thomas Tuchel, Bayern Munich boss, and his men will remain camped in Tegernsee until Thursday to complete their training routine.
