Augsburg have completed the signing of promising forward Yusuf Kabadayi from Bayern Munich.

The 20-year-old has agreed on a four-year deal with a fee reportedly over €1 million with add-ons included according to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano.

As per the terms of the contract, Bayern Munich are not permitted to include a buy clause, although they do retain the option to exercise matching rights.

Fabrizio Romano wrote on his X account: “Augsburg have signed Yusuf Kabadayi from Bayern, deal in place also with medical being completed.”

“Four-year deal, fee over €1m add-ons included as @altobelli13 reports.”

“Understand Bayern does NOT have any buyback clause included, but they do have matching rights.”

The 20-year-old impressed on loan at Schalke last season in the 2. Bundesliga, leading to the permanent move to Augsburg.

It was generally expected that Schalke would pull the €1 million buy option included in the loan deal or at least hash out a decent fee with parent club Bayern Munich.
