Ashley Cole, a Chelsea and Arsenal Legend, is set to marry stunning Italian model Sharon Canu 13 years after he parted ways with Cheryl.
The Former Arsenal and Chelsea defender first married Cheryl Tweedy but did not go as planned. Cole is now set to try again but this time around, with an Italian Model.
Futballnews understands that the lovers are getting married in Rome at the end of July, 16 months after he popped the question.
Cheryl and Ashley Cole only dated for about three years and half before the tied the knot in 2006 but he has been with Sharon for the best part of a decade and it looks more promising.
In regards to their relationship, a source confirmed that: “Ashley and Sharon are madly in love and have spent months planning their special day.”
“They met in 2014 when he joined AS Roma and now they are returning to the city for their nuptials.”
“Loads of her family live there and it’s very romantic – it’s going to be a very special day.”
“They have put lots of money into it but they have only invited close friends and family.”
“As a couple they have been very private so they don’t feel the need for a flashy, public wedding.”
Ashley Cole and Sharon will be joined at the wedding ceremony by their son and daughter who were born in 2016 and 2018 respectively.
This will also give the family a chance to move on from the past event that happened in their life.
Now, putting that behind them, the couple looks set to start life afresh in a more ceremonial manner.

Ashley Cole is an English football coach and former player who was born on 20th December, 1980.
The Englishman played as a left-back, most notably for Arsenal and Chelsea.
Cole is regarded as one of the best defenders of his generation, one of the greatest English players of all time as well as one of the greatest left-backs in the history of the sport.
The Chelsea and Arsenal legend was born in Stepney, London. Cole began his youth career at Arsenal and made his full debut for the club in November 1999.
He later went on to make 228 appearances and scoring nine goals for the North London club.
At Arsenal, he won two Premier League titles, three FA Cups, and was also a key player of the “Invincibles” team of the 2003–04 season, who went the entire league season undefeated.
