Arturo Vidal took to his Instagram account to post pictures of himself and the love of his life Sonia Isaza as they enjoy vacation together.
During the 2021–2022 season, the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich midfielder played 41 times for the Italian powerhouse.
After Inter defeated Juventus 4-2 in the Coppa Italia final following extra time, he finished the season with a winners’ medal.
However, rivals AC Milan won the Scudetto by finishing two points ahead of them, denying him a second straight Serie A championship.
Vidal has already taken himself away to enjoy the lengthy holiday with his beloved.
Although, as a supporter pointed out, the vacation solely showed the pair having fun together.
As the FIFA World Cup is currently taking place in Qatar without Chile, the Chilean footballer and his lover appeared to have disconnected themselves from football momentarily.
After making their romance public in 2018, Vidal and Isaza appeared to briefly break up again in January 2020.
Nevertheless, they managed to get back on track and are still together two years after Vidal’s switch to Inter.
The 35-year-old Chilean played in 23 of the team’s 38 league contests during Antonio Conte’s team’s 2020–21 championship campaign.
His longevity at the top level of the game continues, and despite his advanced age, he continued to play in the most recent season, albeit mostly as a substitute.
With Juventus and Inter, Vidal has won five Serie A championships. He has also won three Bundesliga championships with Bayern Munich and one LaLiga championship with Barcelona.
In 2015 and 2016, he won the Copa America with Chile. However, despite making it to the Champions League final with Juventus in 2015 and losing to Barcelona 3-1, he has never taken home the trophy.
