Antonio Conte’s relationship with the Inter Milan board members is at a cliff edge and relationship with the board could be coming to an end.

The former Blues boss is at war with the Milan president Mr. Steven Zhang as he has come out to openly criticized the club’s chiefs calling them “weak” and that they offered no protection to his players.

Conte has two years to go on his contract -worth £11 million per year and firing him would cause the club a lot of financial problems, the Italian boss was heavily backed in the transfer market with big-money signings like Romelu Lukaku for €80 million from Manchester United, Christian Erikson £18 million from Tottenham, while a hefty wage was paid to sign Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez from Man United who earns over £400,000 per week.

why the rift if so much money has been invested in the club?

One primary reason the Italian coach has always demanded is privacy, Conte refers to 2017 when Luciano Spalleti was the Head coach and complained about the environment of the training ground. Conte told reporters “Today we are in 2020 and things are not changing.”

He has always demanded privacy for all internal affairs, and at Inter Milan he feels he is not protected well enough.

Conte also requires a closer connection with the president as Mr. Zhang has been absent from the country for 90 days; however, the president. However, Zhang feels he has done more than enough for the Italian coach as he has always provided every of his transfer request.

Unfortunately, the manager feels he was not consulted on the transfer of Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen who has flopped since his transfer from Tottenham, with the Danish man finding Conte’s tactics too defensive for him to flourish.

The former Juventus Head coach had a falling out with his former employers at Chelsea before he was let-go, only time will tell if history is about to repeat itself.
